1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting HoverWash.com, requesting an estimate, using the online estimator, booking service, submitting information, or receiving service from HoverWash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request service.
2. Services Provided
HoverWash provides exterior cleaning services that may include drone-assisted roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, house washing, commercial pressure washing, soft washing, surface cleaner work, wand work, rinsing, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, HOA and property maintenance support, and related services.
Not every job requires a drone. HoverWash chooses the appropriate method based on the surface, access, safety, weather, water availability, equipment needs, and confirmed scope of work.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Online estimates, map measurements, square footage calculations, planning ranges, and website pricing tools are for preliminary planning only. Final pricing may change after review of access, buildup, surface condition, water availability, safety needs, height, staining, debris, property layout, HOA requirements, commercial access limitations, and customer-requested scope changes.
A final quote is not binding unless confirmed directly by HoverWash in writing.
4. Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, property address, access instructions, gate codes, parking details, water access, and any information needed to safely complete the service. HoverWash may reschedule, delay, modify, or cancel service due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, restricted access, water limitations, drone flight restrictions, or other operational concerns.
5. Customer Preparation
Before service, customers should close windows and doors, move vehicles, secure pets indoors, unlock needed gates, remove fragile outdoor items, clear the work area, and identify sensitive surfaces, plants, drains, electrical equipment, cameras, loose trim, leaks, damaged areas, or other concerns.
HoverWash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, loose materials, failing paint, oxidized surfaces, poor drainage, unsecured items, or issues that were not disclosed before service.
6. Drone-Assisted Cleaning
Drone-assisted cleaning may be used for elevated or hard-to-reach surfaces when HoverWash determines it is appropriate. Drone service depends on weather, wind, visibility, site conditions, airspace restrictions, safety requirements, obstacles, people, pets, vehicles, neighboring properties, and equipment limitations.
HoverWash may decide not to use a drone or may switch to another method when conditions require it.
7. HOA, Commercial, and Property Rules
Customers are responsible for notifying HoverWash about HOA rules, CC&Rs, building rules, tenant requirements, contractor requirements, water runoff rules, insurance requirements, permitted working hours, noise limitations, access restrictions, and any rules that may affect the work.
HoverWash may provide an operational review of HOA documents or pasted CC&R text, but that review is not legal advice and does not replace the customer's responsibility to comply with applicable rules.
8. Water Runoff, Plants, and Environmental Care
HoverWash takes reasonable precautions around landscaping, plants, drains, and sensitive areas. When runoff control is needed, HoverWash may use reclamation systems or other controls. Customers must disclose delicate plants, drainage issues, ponds, exposed soil, irrigation concerns, storm drain restrictions, or environmentally sensitive areas before service.
9. Fire Retardant Disclaimer
If HoverWash discusses or offers fire retardant support, those services are not a guarantee of fire protection. Fire retardant treatments do not make any structure, plant, property, or surface fireproof and cannot guarantee protection from wildfire, embers, heat, smoke, or property damage. Customers should follow guidance from local fire authorities and qualified fire safety professionals.
10. Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation windows, rescheduling requirements, and late payment rules may be stated in the quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or other written communication from HoverWash. Customers agree to pay approved charges for completed work, added services, and approved scope changes.
11. Photos, Video, and Marketing
HoverWash may take photos or videos before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, estimates, customer communication, training, insurance, and marketing. HoverWash will make reasonable efforts not to display private personal information. Customers may request that identifiable property photos not be used for marketing by contacting HoverWash in writing.
12. Website Tools and AI Features
Website tools, AI chat, FAQ answers, map measuring, HOA review, lead forms, client portal examples, and automated messages are provided for convenience. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and should not replace direct confirmation from HoverWash. Customers should verify important service details directly before relying on automated output.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoverWash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, service delays, estimate differences, pre-existing conditions, customer failure to prepare, unavailable access, weather, third-party platforms, or conditions outside HoverWash control.
14. Changes to Terms
HoverWash may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of HoverWash.com or continued service requests after changes means you accept the updated terms.
